Open water swimming training and technique in the sea with specialized coaches.

COACHING TEAM

Our swim team consists of coaches specialized in swimming and triathlon preparation. We guide you through your journey, whether you are starting open water swimming or looking to optimize your competitive performance. We work on technique, endurance, and strategy tailored to your goals.

Fifty years of experience in the swimming world across all fields: Swimmer, Level 3 Coach, “Master in High Sports Performance” (COE), Club President, and President of the Swimming Committee of the Catalan Swimming Federation. Active Master swimmer, holding Spanish +50 records.

I lead this project with the goal of serving the entire swimming community; triathlon, open water, health, or leisure, driven by the confidence of experience and guided by values such as perseverance, empathy, and responsibility.

Yes! BSC Center features an outdoor 50-meter Olympic pool, perfect for endurance training, continuous pacing, and professional athletic conditioning.

Absolutely. We offer specialized training tracks for triathletes and open water swimmers focusing on stroke efficiency, sighting, race pacing, and stamina.

Yes, sessions are organized by speed and skill levels so you always train in dedicated lanes with swimmers of matching ability.

Yes, we provide lane rental and pool bookings for swim teams, triathlon clubs, and training camps upon reservation.

Swimwear, swim cap, and goggles. The club provides kickboards and pull buoys for training drills, and you are welcome to bring your own fins or paddles.
